Prices are guaranteed for current stock only. Wholesale prices are subject to change without notice, and therefore our prices may change if items must be back ordered. We will notify you before back ordering anything and we will confirm prices at that time. In the event of price changes or errors, our liability is limited to refunding your money.

There is no return on custom lap steel guitars. General merchandise may be returned for a refund within 3 days of receipt subject to the following conditions and exclusions.

A 20% restocking fee will apply. Merchandise must be returned shipping prepaid. There will be no refund of shipping or insurance charges. Merchandise must be in undamaged condition with all accessories and original packaging. You must obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER from us before returning merchandise.

Refunds: If you paid with a credit card you will receive a credit to your credit card account. PayPal payments will be refunded through PayPal. Cash, check or money order payments will be refunded with our company check.

Allen Melbert Lap Steel Warranty: New lap steels are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of one year. Warranty is to the ORIGINAL OWNER only, and will be null and void if item is transferred to anyone else. Warranty will be null and void if item is modified in any way, if damaged physically, if improperly stored, subjected to abuse or exposed to temperatures exceeding 150 F.  Warranty does not cover normal wear & tear. Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our option. We will not pay for incidental or consequential loss or damages resulting from the failure of the purchased item. Repair or replacement does not extend the original warranty.  Warranty may be subject to or may be modified by consumer laws.

Warranty on other items: One year or subject to manufacturer's terms.

For warranty service, contact us for a REPAIR AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and then send the item to us shipping prepaid. We do not accept COD shipments.

Sales Tax: Tennessee residents add 9.5% Sales Tax.

Privacy Notice: We value you as a customer and we respect your privacy. Your personal information will be used only to the extent necessary to process your order. We will not share your information with anyone else except as legally required by law enforcement agencies. We must retain copies of orders as specified by credit card merchant services and taxing authorities.
